SKF Roller Bearing, Needle Roller Bearing Type, Carbon Chromium Steel Construction, 12mm ID, 24mm OD - NKI12/16TN

When the job calls for a roller bearing that handles heavy radial loads, look to this one from SKF. Its low sectional height and very high load-carrying capacity for its size make it a great shout if you're short on space. An impressive static load rating of 15.3kN and dynamic load rating of 11.7kN mean you trust the unit to take the pressure in tough industrial applications running at fast speeds of up to 26,000rpm. Thanks to its robust carbon chromium steel construction, it can also stand up to edge stresses, meaning minor misalignments on the bearing's shaft won't end in damage or failure.

• Lubrication hole in outer ring to cut down friction and ensure smooth operation
• Nylon 66 cage material provides strength and elasticity, while also minimising friction
• Hardened component suitable for harsh environments where temperatures might get up to +125°C

Applications

• Aerospace engineering
• Automotive manufacture
• Industrial automation

Can I use this bearing with combined radial and axial loads?

In order to use this bearing to shift radial and axial loads, you'll need to combine it with a needle roller thrust bearing with a centering spigot, such as one from the AXK series (513-761).
