RFduino BLuetooth 4.0 Low Energy Module


RF Digital Bluetooth 4.0 low energy SMT radio module RFD22301 comes with a built in ARM Cortex M0 microcontroller. The MCU can be programmed with the Arduino IDE software with RFduino add on’s such as the programming Interface RFD22121 USB Programmer (8011695). Rapid Development and Prototyping Kits are available as the RFD22102 DIP versions of RFD22301 see 8011691.

RF Digital also offers an optional version RFD22302 Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy (BLE) module which requires an external antenna.

The Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) RF Module’s built in ARM Cortex M0 Microcontroller includes ADC, I2C, SPI, GPIO and UART interfaces. Wireless communication compatibility with the iOS iPhone, iPad, tablets and android smartphones. Applications include Industrial control, RFID, wireless communication, M2M, HVAC, security and home automation.
