MCP7800 Series Portable Thermal Printers
The MCP7800 series of ultra-compact, lightweight, portable thermal printers, from Martel Instruments, are very versatile, for use with text or graphics and have robust ABS housings with an “easy-load” paper feature. These thermal printers are powered by 4 x 1.2V rechargeable NiMH 1600mAH, AA batteries, which may be fast charged or continuously trickle charged from a mains power adapter, or a 12Vdc supply. Many different modes of operation are possible, including numerous character sets, all of which are selectable by software commands. MCPK7800 series thermal printers are ideal for applications including: warehouses for stock control, label printing in shops, parking enforcement, on-site MRO, surveying and in-the-field testing and repair or meter reading.
