Slideways
Slideways consist of high carbon steel precision profiles, zone hardened on the V-edges (typical hardness 55-60 HRC). A soft centre portion permits extra drilling or machining if required.
Provides adequate running clearance for bearing assemblies and cap wipers. Datum registers are provided.

Slide System - Hepco
Hepco Linear Slide System is available in three basic sizes. It can work in any plane and is tolerant of misalignment. Suitable for industrial applications such as packaging/wrapping machines, labelling machines, industrial guarding, low load transfer mechanisms, automation and robot spray equipment. Slide systems have a working temperature range of -20°C to +120°C (except cap wipers).
