Metrix

The Metrix hand held digital multimeters are all housed in a unique ASYC® (Advanced Safety Concept) case. These rugged shock resistant cases, moulded from V0 grade self-extinguishing material and sealed to IP66, have a separately sealed compartment for the fuses and battery, eliminating the need to open the main case. Access to the battery and fuses is gained by use of the instrument stand as a tool. This avoids possible accidents as the user must first disconnect the test leads, prior to removing the cover.,In addition, the Metrix SECUR’X™ lead locking device prevents the test leads being disconnected accidentally (very important when measuring current on inductive loads).
