How does it work?
When placing your orders, you will be able to opt in to receive emails to confirm:
  • Your orders have been successfully received and processed
  • Your orders have been despatched
If you currently place your orders online you will also automatically receive the current order confirmation e-mail as well as the two new e-mails as stated above.

What do I do next?
To request order and delivery notifications:

Online: Once logged in, go to the 'My Account' section and click on the 'My Orders' tab. Select 'Order Preferences' and opt in to notifications. Alternatively, you can select notifications for a individual order by opting in at the checkout stage.
