NQ series - Powerful, colour and monochrome HMIs in a compact format
The NQ series from Omron is a family of easy to use and economic HMI terminals. Packed with many useful features, including a high quality graphical display and touch screen functionality, the NQ family ideal for many different machine control applications - even where there is no PLC requirement.
Available in different display sizes, with both colour and monochrome versions.

NQ5 - 5.7" HMI displays
The NQ5 series is available in a 5.7 inch STN colour and a blue-mode monochrome version. The STN color version shows bitmaps with 4096 colours and provides 256 colour palette. The NQ5 series are equipped with two serial and two USB ports, has six function keys and comes with easy to use software to create and operate your HMI application.
NQ5 - 3.5" & 3.8" HMI displays
The NQ3 series is available in a 3.5 inch TFT colour and a 3.8 inch black/white-mode FSTN version. The TFT color version shows bitmaps with 32768 colours and provides 256 colour palette. The NQ3 series are equipped with one serial and two USB ports, has five function keys and comes with easy to use software to create and operate your HMI application.
NQ-Designer software
The NQ designer software is both free to download and easy to master allowing you to quick start developing with the NQ series. The software library includes all the basic HMI functions plus extra buttons, lamps, graphics, and meters, including real-time and historical trending and logging.
It guides you from start to setup of your HMI project, creating nodes, tags and screens. For screens you can create pop-up, template and keypad screens. Per screen you can define the function keys and perform certain tasks, like calculations or read/write actions. Your project can also directly be tested on the PC with this easy to use Windows look & feel software.
