  XC100 & XC200 Modular PLC

The XC series modular PLCs are characterised by having a wide spectrum of applications with freely scalable structure to suit. The user therefore has the flexibility of designing an automation system precisely meet the requirements.

Access via the Ethernet for example, is absolutely essential for many applications, for efficient communication between the PLCs within the system on the one hand, and for data exchange with primary level control systems via communication standards such as OPC on the other. This is a key feature of the XC200 PLC.

Integrated fieldbus

The integrated CANopen interface enables the system to be directly coupled to standard CANopen fieldbus participants with a transmission speed of up to 500 kBaud.

Programming via fieldbus

Lower-level fieldbus controllers can be programmed from the host controller. This facilitates commissioning, as well as the diagnostics later on.

easySoft-CoDeSys - programming to international standards

The easy-soft CoDeSys programming system offers a wide range of features for programming, testing and commissioning the Modular PLC XC100/200 with the objective: Cost cutting by reduction of engineering and diagnostic times.

easySoft-CoDeSys is a programming system, based on CoDeSys 3S for industrial plc compliant with the international Standard IEC 61131-3.

Fully developed technical features, easy handling and the widespread use of this software in the automation components of different manufacturers guarantee successful programming with this software.

XC200 - The efficient specialised intelligent controller with direct connection to the world of IT

The new XC200 series modular PLC offers high processing capacity and outstanding communication features.

Apart from the RS232 interface, these features are facilitated by a CANopen fieldbus interface for connection of standard fieldbus components, and particularly, by the integrated Ethernet interface. It can be used as the programming interface and for efficient data transfer between PLC's or other devices with Ethernet interfaces. The OPC server also simplifies the connection with the standardised OPC client applications. All XC201..-XV devices feature a technological highlight - an integrated WEB Server.

The XC-CPU-201, ideal where high-speed cycles and great communication capability are the order of the day.

The XC-CPU-201-XV - a specialised intelligent XC200 Web Server for convenient remote access. The integrated web server facilitates access to the PLC data via standard WEB browsers. Creation of WEB pages is implemented with the easySoft-CoDeSys. Knowledge of special software tools for WEB design applications is not necessary.
