    You can also track an order by going into your 'My Account' area and selecting the 'Quick links' tab and choose 'track'.

    Stages of Delivery

    You will see four different order status notifications.

    Your order is being processed: this means your order is still within our system.

    Your order has been packed and is awaiting despatch: This means your order has been packed and is waiting for pickup by our couriers.

    Your order has been despatched for delivery: This means your order has left our warehouse and is currently on its way to you via the courier.

    Part of your order has been despatched for delivery, remainder being processed: This means part of your order has left the warehouse and part of it is still within our system.

    RS currently use ParcelForce and DHL for most of our major deliveries; however we work with different partners across our regions to help deliver your goods on time.
