We will email you confirming that your RS orders have been processed and again when they've been despatched. This is in addition to the standard web order confirmation email.
How do I receive order notifications?
Change your My Account settings to receive the notifications:
- Step 1: Go to 'My Account' from the navigation bar
- Step 2: Scroll-down to the Order Notification section. Here you can select to turn on your 'Order Notifications'
If you change your mind, you can always cancel the order notifications from the same page.
