A forward order is an order you can place for a delivery date in the future, or the same order with multiple delivery dates
in the future.
Please note: Forward orders with multiple delivery dates are only available to RS credit account holders. To open an RS credit account, click here
Within the basket, once you have entered your product details and quantities, you will be asked what delivery method you prefer.
Step 1: Select ‘Forward Order’
Step 2: Complete ‘For the attention of’ field if needed
Step 3: Select your preferred delivery address
Step 4: Select how many deliveries (drops) you wish to make for each product and enter your preferred delivery dates
You have the choice of a maximum 11 drops.
Step 5: Continue to the ‘Payment’ page and proceed with placing your order as normal
