  1.   This Promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) Account customers only and excludes employees and their immediate families of RS Components Ltd, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. RS deals only with the account customer and not with individual employees of the account customer. It is the responsibility of the individual employee to gain permission from his/her employer before participating in this promotion.
  3. The 30-day money back guarantee promotion is valid only on RS branded products which display the promotional flag online or as identified in the RS brand industrial installers and maintainers brochure.
  4. Promotion period is between 6th May to 29th August 2014 (inclusive).
  5. All returns to be made online
  6. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date to qualify.
  7. The £4.95 handling fee charged on orders under £20 will not be refunded during this promotion.
  8. The £4.95 charge to Private individuals will also not be refunded and only the cost of the product will be refunded.
  9. The handling charge on returns will be waived only on the products identified in point 3.

  12. RS will refuse to validate and redeem any claim not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  15. Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
